Shipping Costs
Shipping fees vary depending on your location and the number of items in your order. To see your exact shipping cost, simply add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping address—the rate will automatically be calculated.
Where Do We Ship?
We offer worldwide shipping.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes approximately 14–28 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays), depending on your location.
In certain cases, your order may be fulfilled using next-day delivery through our logistics partners, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS. This depends on item availability and warehouse location.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor its journey.
Delivery to PO Boxes & Military APO/FPO
Yes, we do ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
International Orders & VAT
All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means customs duties, VAT, or other taxes are not included in the product or shipping price. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary depending on your country’s customs policies.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on any applicable fees.
Risk of Loss
Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and ownership transfers to you. For U.S. customers, RepX Luxury is the official seller of record.
Claims for missing or undelivered items may require an affidavit or additional investigation. We reserve the right to approve or deny replacements or refunds at our discretion.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or significantly different from the one you ordered.

Multiple Addresses
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses in a single order. If you’d like items shipped to different locations, please place separate orders.
